My name is Tara Rutland and I have worked in the Edgefield County School District for 22 of my 25 years in education.  I began my career teaching 3rd grade at JES and have been the school counselor at JES, MMS, and J-E-T.  My goal is to help our J-E-T students maneuver through the emotional and social problems associated with middle school, ultimately leading them toward becoming happy, healthy, successful individuals.

I look forward to helping our students have another successful year.
