Johnston-Edgefield Trenton Middle School’s Eagle football team celebrated Homecoming on October 17 with a 24-12 win over the Edgewood Middle School Wildcats.

Homecoming week festivities also included Spirit Days such as Movie Character Day, Wacky-Tacky Day, Hawaiian Day, Blue and White Day, and Country Day. Students participated in a pep rally on Thursday afternoon that included a grade-level banner contest, a student dance contest, a spirit competition, and performances by the J-E-T cheerleaders.

During half-time at Thursday night’s game, Principal Debbie Courtney awarded Mackenzie Brown the title of Miss Football and crowned Haley Gilliam J-E-T’s 2019 Homecoming Queen.
